This doesn’t work in my microwave…I get an Error message (that I’ve never seen before and have only seen when I try to make popcorn in the Epicure steamer) is there something I can do differently?

Anita, we’ve never heard of this before. We don’t know of anything that would cause that – or how to do it differently. Sorry we’re no help!

Is it the same measurement of 2Tbsp popcorn for the square silicone steamer? (It’s a little bigger than the rectangular one, so I was wondering if you could pop more.)

Lisa, you can use closer to 3 Tbsp in the Square Silicone Steamer. It should still be approximately the same amount of time for popping, Each microwave is different, so you may want to experiment with the amount of popcorn. Enjoy :)

Can you use the square Tupperware Steamer that has been around for years. I have one and really don’t want to purchase another, will purchase epicure seasonings for the popcorn.

We just bought the small steamer today. We like oil (a little) on our popcorn so salt will stick to it. Can you use oil in the steamer? Thanks!
